Championship Fight: Rage White vs Gruntlife
HIGHLIGHTS
After many ladder-based seasons, DCS BFM Open 24-1 tournament came up at the right time to add diversity to the Dojo’s competition landscape. This Tournament featured a double elimination format meaning that each competitor was guaranteed to play 2 matches at the very least.
The tournament was also the first one to be completely managed by our application Skynet from signing up, generating and updating the brackets to the player notification process. Everything was handled perfectly and saved us admins a ton of work and time!
There were many good BFM pilots most of whom were already seasoned ladder players but it was Rage White who joined the Dojo specifically for this tourney as a newcomer who claimed the title. Rage White displayed impressive skills in his F-18C Hornet as he battled through a few very close matches but managed to claim the win every time securing the title without having to go through the redemption side of the brackets! Thanks to this great result, Rage White has earned a whooping 4000 points in the SA-SIM BFM Rankings, propelling him straight into the Top 5!
